Rams ROCK!

The Rogers Herr faculty, staff and administration hold high expectations for academics and behavior for our students. Over the years, Rogers-Herr has established a positive climate that is conducive to both student learning and academic success. You are expected to behave in a manner that is a representation of Rogers-Herr, Durham Public Schools and our community. Also, your behavior is expected to ensure the safety of others and allow all students the opportunity for academic success. At all times, you are responsible for your own actions.

Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS)

PBIS is a statewide initiative for supporting caring and safe learning communities. Rogers-Herr's PBIS Team establishes and reinforces clear behavioral expectations throughout the school with the goal of educating all students, even those with challenging behaviors.

We are seeking community and parent volunteers to join the RHMS PBIS Team! Our meetings are usually on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2:45pm in room 237.

For more information about PBIS, contact our PBIS coaches, Tony Hemphill or Tandrea Skinner, at (919) 560-3970.
